DANCERS, do you currently have a dance teacher that deserves special recognition? Nominate your teacher for the Dedicated to Dance award! The winning teachers will receive a scholarship for full tuition to DANCE PRO CONVENTION 2011, a Dance Pro T-Shirt and special recognition on our website, facebook, and at the DANCE PRO event.
Post your written or video testimonial on our Facebook Wall between March 1st and May 15th.
Your testimonial should express what makes your teacher special & why he or she deserves a scholarship to Dance Pro Convention. Be sure to also include your name and email address in the post.
Finalists will be determined by the number of votes they receive, so get your friends and dance peers to vote for your teacher on Facebook.
The TOP 10 finalists’ will be announced on May 15th and these testimonials will be read & scored by a panel of 4 judges on the Dance Pro Convention team. The 3 winners will be announced on Wednesday June 1st.
To be eligible for the award teachers must be 16 or over by July 15th, 2011. In the event a winning teacher is already registered for Dance Pro Convention 2011, a credit will be issued towards the 2012 event.
